Postage Policy

Providing your items are in stock your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Delays due to circumstances outside the control of Glasshammer Gaming shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel or to refuse delivery.

When taking receipt of the goods from the courier and the packaging is damaged please state “ Damaged” when signing as failure to do this will mean that you have received them in good condition, if the contents are damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
