When will my order be shipped?

Items that are in stock and ordered before 12 o’clock midday (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. You’ll be notified by email and in the My Account section when your order has been shipped. Our Postage Policy has all the information you’ll need.

How long will my item take to get to me?

Shipping times vary depending on what shipping option you chose and what country you live  in. Our Postage Policy has some guidelines to use.

What is the cost of postage?

Standard 48 hour postage for orders under 2kg cost £3.99. Again the postage cost will vary depending on what shipping option you chose, how much your order weighs and what country you live  in. The cost of postage and different shipping options will update as you enter your details in the checkout page.

Can I collect my order if I am in a rush/want to save postage?

Please do, we get lonely 🙂 You can choose ‘Collect in Store’ during checkout to remove the postage cost and pay us a visit.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order whenever you’d like. We want to make sure everyone is happy with their toys. You can get in touch using the support widget in the bottom right corner of the page (or using our Contact Us page) with whatever issues / requests you have and we will make sure they are dealt with promptly.

Can I get a refund?

If you aren’t happy with anything you have every right to a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

My item is not in stock. When will it arrive/be shipped?

We place orders with our suppliers every weekend and will keep ordering your items until they arrive. We’ll keep you updated each week on the progress of your order. When we receive all the items to complete to complete your order it will be shipped out the same day.

What if you don’t have the item I want?

We can order in almost anything you need. Please ask and we’ll always do our best to help.
