When will my order be shipped?

Items that are in stock and ordered before 12 o’clock midday will be shipped the same day. You’ll be notified by email and in the My Account section when your order has been shipped. Our Postage Policy has all the information you’ll need.

How long will my item take to get to me?

The Glasshammer Webstore will give you an estimated delivery date at the Basket and Checkout stage. It is also sent to you in your confirmation email. All of our items are sent with Royal Mail and usually take 2-3 days. to arrive once shipped.

What is the cost of postage?

Postage is provided at cost and remains at £3.99 no matter how many items you order.

Can i collect my order if I am in a rush/want to save postage?

Please do, we get lonely 🙂 You can choose ‘Collect in Store’ during checkout to remove the postage cost and pay us a visit.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order whenever you’d like. We want to make sure everyone is happy with their toys. You can Contact Us by phone or email with whatever issues / requests you have and we will make sure they are dealt with promptly.

Can I get a refund?

If you aren’t happy with anything you have every right to a refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

My item is not in stock. When will it arrive/be shipped?

Our estimated delivery service takes into account items that are not currently in stock so please use that as a worst case scenario. We place orders with Games Workshop every Tuesday at 12 o’clock midday and ship them out Thursday so you should get your items for the weekend.

What if you don’t have the item I want?

We can order in almost anything you need. Please ask and we’ll always do our best to help.
