Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the Fellowship and how it works.

How much does the Glasshouse Fellowship cost?

The Glasshouse Fellowship costs £24.99 per month.

Your membership will continue monthly until you choose to cancel.

What do I get as a Fellowship member?

Glasshouse Fellowship members receive:

• • Free table rent at The Glasshouse
  • 10% off drinks purchased in store
  • Priority product reservations, giving members the opportunity to reserve selected popular products before they are made available to the general public

Does the free table rent apply every time I visit?

Yes. While your Fellowship membership is active, your own table rent is included whenever you play at The Glasshouse.

Other players using the table will still need to pay their normal table rent unless they are also Fellowship members.

How does the 10% drinks discount work?

Fellowship members receive 10% off eligible drinks purchased from the bar.

Simply show your active Fellowship Membership Pass to a member of staff when ordering and we’ll apply your membership discount.

How do I prove that I’m a Fellowship member?

Once you’ve joined, you’ll have access to your Fellowship Membership Pass through your account on our website.

Your pass displays your name and a live verification code that our staff can use to confirm your membership.

You’ll need to show the live pass on your device when using your Fellowship benefits in store.

Can I use a screenshot of my membership pass?

No. The Fellowship pass includes live security features so that our staff can confirm they’re looking at an active pass rather than a screenshot.

Please open your Fellowship pass through your account when asked by a member of staff.

Can somebody else use my Fellowship membership?

No. Fellowship memberships are for the named member only and cannot be shared with friends or family.

Your membership pass displays your name so our team can confirm that the membership belongs to you.

Can I use my membership more than once in a day?

Your Fellowship membership remains active throughout the day, but the verification system records when your membership has already been verified.

If the pass is presented again on the same day, our staff will receive a warning so they can verify that the membership is being used by the correct person.

How do priority product reservations work?

For selected popular or limited products, Fellowship members may be given the opportunity to reserve products before reservations are opened to the general public.

When Fellowship Priority Reservations are available, eligible members will be able to access them through their account on the Glasshammer Gaming website.

Will every new product be available for priority reservation?

No. Priority reservations will be offered on selected products.

We expect to use them primarily for popular releases where demand is likely to be high.

Availability will vary depending on the product and the stock allocation we receive.

Does reserving a product guarantee I’ll receive it?

We’ll always aim to fulfil Fellowship reservations, but reservations are subject to us receiving sufficient stock from the supplier.

If our allocation is reduced or a product becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we cannot guarantee that every reservation will be fulfilled.

Can I reserve as many as I want?

Quantity limits may apply to particularly popular or limited products.

Where a limit applies, it will be clearly shown when the reservation is made. This helps us give as many Fellowship members as possible access to popular releases.

Does reserving a product mean I’ve bought it?

No. A reservation is not necessarily the same as placing an order.

The reservation process allows you to secure the opportunity to purchase the product when it becomes available. Any payment requirements, deadlines or collection arrangements will be explained when the reservation is offered.

Does the Fellowship give me a discount on products?

No. The Glasshouse Fellowship does not provide a discount on products purchased from Glasshammer Gaming.

Priority reservation gives you earlier access to selected products, but you’ll pay the normal advertised price.

Does the Fellowship discount apply to event tickets?

No. Event and tournament tickets are not included in the Fellowship discount unless we specifically state otherwise for a particular event.

Can I combine my Fellowship drinks discount with other offers?

Fellowship discounts cannot normally be combined with another promotion or discount unless we specifically state otherwise.

Where multiple discounts are available, the applicable offer will be determined at the till.

When do my benefits start?

Your Fellowship benefits begin once your membership has been successfully activated.

You’ll then be able to access your Fellowship Membership Pass and any available Fellowship Priority Reservations through your website account.

What happens if my membership payment fails?

Your Fellowship benefits are only available while your membership is active.

If a payment fails or your membership becomes inactive, access to Fellowship benefits may be suspended until your membership is active again.

Can I cancel my Fellowship membership?

Yes. There is no long-term commitment.

You can cancel your Fellowship membership and your benefits will remain available until the end of your current paid membership period.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my membership?

Membership fees are not normally refundable simply because the benefits haven’t been used during a particular month.

Your Fellowship gives you access to the benefits throughout your active membership period whether or not you choose to use them.

I was previously an ELITE member. Is Fellowship the same thing?

No. Glasshouse Fellowship is a new membership designed around playing at The Glasshouse and giving our regular customers additional in-store benefits.

The benefits and structure are different from our previous ELITE membership.

Where can I find my Fellowship Membership Pass?

Log into your Glasshammer Gaming account and open the Fellowship Membership Pass from your account area.

You must be logged into the account that holds the active Fellowship membership.

I’m having trouble with my membership. What should I do?

Speak to a member of the Glasshammer Gaming team in store or contact us and we’ll be happy to check your membership for you.

Please don’t create a second membership if you’re experiencing an account or payment problem – contact us first and we’ll get it sorted.
