Where can i find all the ELITE content and benefits?

The ELITE Resources page directs you to all of the benefits you receive for being a member of the ELITE.

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes. The ELITE membership is for people to enjoy. We want people to stay because they enjoy our content and benefit from the discounts. If you would like to cancel your membership you can do so at any time without any notice period.

Can I use the ‘Glasshammer’ team name at ITC events?

YES! We want Team Glasshammer to not only dominate Europe but the World! Anyone is welcome to be apart of our team and those that contribute to a world ranking spot will be well rewarded 🙂

How long does it take to get my store discount?

Your store discounts are applied to your basket the instant you sign up.

Am I signed into a contract?

No. You sign up to give your bank permission to send us monthly payments. We won’t hold you to any small print and we will help you as much as we can with whatever we can. We are here to improve your gaming experience, not complicate it.

How often is content released?

We release new content everyday and 2 of those days is dedicated to our ELITE members. You will also get access to Mani and the team through our Discord channel which we are active on every day.

Can I upgrade my subscription to gain extra benefits?

You can alter your membership level at any time in the ELITE Account section.
